    This is a Vintage IPF Germany Porcelain Bowl with Victorian Women in the center playing with a child in a Garden. This bowl is absolutely beautiful. I purchased this item at an estate sale many years ago. The colors are vibrant. The floral edging at the top is in pinks and yellow make this so Victorian. There is two Victorian women playing with a child in the middle dangling something above him . I see no chips or cracks in the front at all. The back of the bowls rim looks like it’s been repaired but done excellent and sturdy. These bowls are worth a lot when in excellent condition. I am selling as is and price will reflect the repaired rim. It is marked IPF Germany with a gold 9 R next to it. You can not tell from the front that the rim was repaired.
