Lettter C  on top of plate in black .
Not sure if this was someone's  initial or just the
Design.
Preowned  . Good condition, .
Two small chips on lattice edge of plate,.
One,Chip is facing back of plate other on front edge . See last two pics .
Some gold on edges,is wearing off .good color and detailing.
No scratches  or crazing .
