This is a set of Rare surviving toy plastic rings, that you would get after you went to the dentist office in the 1970s.
You are getting 5 different rings for the price of one.
This type of Ring was typically found in a box of plastic toys that you could choose one after you went to the dentist.
Dentists would sometimes give out plastic toys (instead of candy, as some other Doctors would)
These are light weight plastic, but pretty neat, but not very durable, so selling as collectible only and
certainly not meant for children anymore

My best guess is that this is from the late 1960's or early 1970s.
This is a set of 5 Plastic rings, each has a saying, on them. You will get 5 of the patterns/styles, but the colors can / will vary differently from the pictures.
This one is in excellent shape and is new old stock, this is nice, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..
These are for collectors and
should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances,
as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....
This is part of a huge collection of vintage dime store and Vending machine items that were stored in a box for years that came from a Collector
