This is a Rare surviving toy plastic ring.
This type of Ring was found in a Vending / Gum ball Machine years ago.
These are light weight plastic, but pretty neat, but not very durable, so selling as collectible only.
My best guess is that this is from the 1960's or 1970s.
This is a set of 2 Plastic Weather Forecasting rings and is still on the original holder. (The is for the Red and Black)
Not sure if the paper is still working, but was supposed to change color when the weather was going to change.
This one is in excellent shape and is new old stock, this is nice, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..
These are for collectors and
should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances,
as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....
This is part of a huge collection of vintage dime store and Vending machine items that were stored in a box for years that came from a Collector
This is about ..1 inch high.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
